Hi I'm Grace Borrani and I am the Broker and Owner of Borrani Realty Corp.,
in Yonkers. I have 5 years experience in the real-estate field as my own
agent, but I have a lifetime of experience from home. My parents have been
avid real-estate investors for more than 40 years- it's what I grew up in.

I also am more detail orientated than the average broker because I have a
bachelor's degree in accounting and I'm at the completion stage of my
Master's degree in Finance. This also gives me an edge on keeping my deals
together. I am well versed in the procedures and requirements of
obtaining a mortgage so I'll able to help my customers understand the
financing end of purchasing their home.

I am a bilingual representative servicing the Westchester, Putnam, and Bronx
areas. There is plenty of Real-Estate competition out there, but what
separates me from the rest is the individualized service that I offer to
all of my customers.

For my buyers I will preview all the properties that fit their search
criteria and show them the best, so they don't have to waste their time. I

least number of problems. I'll represent them at inspection, appraisal, and
showings.

My fiduciary duty is always with my customer to the end. I try to build a
long lasting relationship with them since this is the most important step in
their lives.
